Cookie Policy

What we store in your browser, why, for how long — and how to change or withdraw your consent at any time.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They can remember what is in your cart, which language you picked, or that you have already confirmed your age. We use browser storage (local storage) in the same way — in this policy we refer to both together as cookies.

2. When we ask for consent

Necessary cookies are stored without consent — the site would not work without them. Everything else is stored only after you give us permission in the consent bar.

This follows from Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications, and from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Until you give consent, no analytical or marketing cookies are stored.

3. Cookie categories

Necessary

Hold together the cart, the order, forms, the 18+ confirmation and your consent choice. They cannot be switched off, because the site does not work without them.

Preferences

Remember your choices — the language and the currency you browse prices in.

Analytics (statistics)

Measure traffic and behaviour on the site anonymously so we know what is not working for people. This category covers Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity — we run them only after you consent.

Marketing

Enable relevant advertising and remarketing. This category covers Meta Pixel — we run it only after you consent.

4. What we store specifically

svabin-consent — necessary, 12 months

Your choice in the cookie consent bar, so the site does not ask you every time.

svabin_age_ok — necessary, 12 months

Confirmation that you are 18 or older.

svabin_cart_v2 — necessary, until cleared in the browser

The contents of your cart, so your shopping does not vanish when you close the tab.

svabin_lead — necessary, until cleared in the browser

The e-mail and phone you entered in the order form, so you do not have to type them again.

svabin_currency — preferences, until cleared in the browser

The currency you browse prices in.

Stripe payment gateway cookies — necessary

Payment processing and fraud prevention. Set when you enter the checkout.

Packeta pickup point widget — necessary

Loads only when you are choosing a pickup point or a Z-BOX.

Google Fonts and Google Maps — not cookies

Fonts and map tiles are loaded straight from Google's servers when the page is displayed. Google sees your IP address in the process.

5. How to change or withdraw consent

You can change or fully withdraw your consent at any time — there is a Cookie settings button at the bottom left of every page. It opens the same bar you made your first choice in, and the new choice is saved immediately.

You can also delete or block cookies directly in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies too, expect the cart and the checkout to stop working.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place beforehand.
